Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken, einen schönen Dielen Fußboden und ist noch voll möbliert. Wobei nicht jedes Möbelstück im Zimmer bleiben muss. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr hell und wenn Nachmittags die Sonne scheint, bekommt man es auf jeden Fall mit.
Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Sky/Rewe und Rossmann sind nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt,
Bauhaus, Aldi und Markant nur 10min, mit Fahrrad deutlich schneller. Die Uni erreicht man in lockeren 10min mit Rad oder mit der Buslinie 81 vom Professor Peters Platz. Zudem lädt der Schrevenpark zu Sparziergängen oder zum Joggen ein.
Das WG leben gestaltet sich als entspannt und unkompliziert. Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind auf Harmonie bedacht, zwingen dich aber auch nicht jeden Abend mit ihnen Zeit zu verbringen.
