Moin ihr Lieben,
dieses tolle kleine gemütliche Zimmer wird ab Mitte Dezember wieder frei und sucht nach einem entspannten Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m2 groß und hat ein Hochbett. Dadurch ist genug Platz für Schreibtisch und sonstigen Krams. Ich hatte auch mein ganzes Surfequipment im Zimmer ohne Probleme. Wenn gewünscht könnte sogar eine kleine Couch noch reinpassen. Speziell am Zimmer ist noch das man nur über das Bad ins Zimmer kommt was aber mit ein wenig Absprache in der WG kein Problem ist.
Dafür ist es das ruhigste Zimmer da es zum Innenhof liegt, hat 2 Fenster auf 2 Seiten und die Miete beträgt milde 225€. Fahrräder können ebenfalls im Innenhof, Keller oder vor der Haustüre abgestellt werden.
Die WG liegt direkt um die Ecke vom Schrevenpark, dem Döner Dreieck und Bushaltestellen mit Bussen die regelmäßig Richtung Bahnhof oder der Uni fahren. Rewe und Aldi sind zu Fuß in etwa 5min erreichbar. Allgemein wohnen sehr viele Studenten und junge Menschen in der Nachbarschaft und im Haus.
