Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und hat einen schönen Ausblick.
Wände und Fußleisten wurden neu gestrichen, die Tür wird noch neu lackiert und der Boden gereinigt.
Das Zimmer hat 10,60qm.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Rewe ist nur 100meter entfernt und die Busanbindung ist auch top, innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten ist man an der Bushaltestelle und auch fußläufig ist der Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten erreichbar.

In der Wohnung lebe ich derzeit alleine, vorher hat mein Bruder mit mir hier zusammen gewohnt.
Ich werde noch für 2 Jahre Student sein und für diese Zeit suche ich jemanden für eine Zweck-WG.
Ich selber bin noch Student und arbeite nebenbei als Werkstudent, allerdings sind die Wohnungskosten zu hoch um sie als Student alleine decken zu können.
Ich suche nicht zwangsläufig einen anderen Studenten, möchte aber definitiv keine Party WG, sondern bin auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen Person.
