ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewoher/in.
Euch erwartet eine ca 60m² große Wohnung mit 2 gleich großen Zimmern und einer Küche von der aus ein kleiner Balkon führt.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG. und hat Dielenfußboden in den Zimmern und im Flur.
Sky und Rossmann liegen fast auf der anderen Straßenseite, Aldi ist auch nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt.
Die Uni, aber auch die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus sowie mit dem Rad schnell erreicht. Für dein Fahrrad findet sich ein Platz im abschließbaren Hinterhof.
Zu mir: Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und berufstätig.
Mit mir kann man abends auch gern mal zusammen Kochen, einfach auf nem Bier in der Küche sitzen und Qutschen oder auch mal gemeinsam Feiern.
Am besten kommst Du einfach mal vorbei und schaust dir die Wohnung an und lernst mich kennen.
