Hallo,
die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche und Bad.
Dein Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und sehr hell. Es hat 2 große Fenster und Parkettboden.
Die Küche ist zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen geeignet, der Balkon geht von der Küche und meinem Zimmer aus und kann natürlich von dir mitgenutzt werden.
Das 3. Zimmer wird als Wohn- und Gästezimmer genutzt.
Das Haus befindet sich am Westring, also sehr zentral.
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Sky-Markt und Kloppenburg sind um die Ecke. Zur Innenstadt/Bahnhof benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad rund 10 Minuten. In 5 Min. ist man zu Fuß im schönen Schrevenpark.
Es gibt mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe.
Zu meiner Person:
Ich heiße Susann, bin 23 Jahre alt und arbeite in der Touristikbranche. Ich suche jemanden, mit dem man sich nett unterhalten kann oder abends mal was zusammen kocht. Wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem.
Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig. Bin gern mal unterwegs, aber ständige Hauspartys sind nicht mein Fall.
