Fast quadratisch (eine kleine Ecksäule bereichert das Feng Shui ;-) aber immer praktisch und gut.
Hohe Decken und hohe Fenster machen das Zimmer hell, und hell wohnen is geil!
Die Fenster zeigen in die GravelotteStraße, es ist also ruhiger, als die Adresse vielleicht vermuten lässt.
Gesamtmiete (Warm, Strom, Telefon, Inet, GEZ) ist etwas unter 240 - auf'n Cent genau weiß man das dann nach den Abrechnungen.
Bushaltestellen (81, 100, 34) quasi direkt vor der Tür, Fahrradladen noch näher. Parkplatzsituation direkt am Haus ist Okayish, auf'm Willy (5 Minuten zu Fuß) findet man immer einen Parkplatz (solange kein Zirkus ist).
Uni ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Rad entfernt.
Das Viertel: studentisch, also hohe DönerDichte, und der beste Kiels ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Sky und Rossmann sind um die Ecke, und auch Läden sind nicht weit.
Schrevenpark ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt.
