Zum 01.03. bis 8.4.19 wird mein Zimmer in der Uhlandstraße frei. Es liegt im 2.OG / Dachgeschoss eines hübschen Zweifamilienhauses. Es verfügt über ca. 19qm Fläche und eine eigene Kochnische mit Spüle, Kühlschrank und Zweiplattenkocher. Eine praktische, gut zugängliche Abseite/ Kleiderschrank gehört mit dazu. Da die drei Zimmer alle einzeln vermietet werden, teilt ihr euch nur das Bad. Zum Schreventeich sind es zu Fuß ca. 3min, zur Uni fahrt ihr mit dem Rad oder Bus max. 10min. Beide Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr nett. Aktuelle Warmmiete ist 250 Euro.
nach dem 8.4 weiterwohen ist evt. auch möglich. Am besten wäre ein weiterer Pendler, der nur manchmal da ist. Ich brauche beruflich in der Regel nur 1 Übernachtung pro Woche von Montag auf Dienstag oder Dienstag Mittwoch. Also, falls du nur ein Zimmer am WE brauchst, wäre das evt. möglich
