Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich in einer ca. 75 Quadratmeter großen Wohnung. Es wird möbliert angeboten, das Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett, das sich aus Schlafcouch und aufgelegter Matratze zusammen setzt. D.h. das auch eine Couch im Zimmer ist. Zusätzlich befinden sich noch Schreibtisch und Regale plus Kleiderständer im Zimmer.
Vom restlichen Teil der Wohnung lässt es sich durch eine Schiebetür abtrennen. Zudem kann man das Zimmer abdunkeln. Es ist zum Wihelmplatz hin ausgerichtet.
The room has a size of 20 squaremeters and belongs to a 75 squaremeter apartment. Furniture is provided. The room can be separated from the rest of the apartment with a sliding door and is ready to be dimmed. It is alingned to the Wilhelmplatz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Kiel-Schreventeich, der zentral gelegen zentrumsnah ist. Die Uni kann man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichen, wahlweise besteht auch eine Busverbindung in 5 Minuten. Die Haltestelle lässt sich selbst in 5 Minuten erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist sehr leicht erreichbar. Einen Steinwurf entfernt befindet sich ein REWE und Rossmann. Das vergebene WG Zimmer liegt zum Wilhelmplatz hinaus mit dem danebenliegenden Wohnzimmer. Der restliche Teil der Wohnung inklusive der Küche und Loggia ist zum ruhigen Innenhof hin ausgerichtet.
The apartment is located in the Kiel district Schreventeich which is well located in the centre of Kiel. University is located 10 Minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus, the station itself is only 5 minutes away. The city centre is also very near. Around the corner is a supermarket and drug store.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 20 und studiert Psychologie im 3. Semester an der CAU. Sie ist ruhig und ordentlich und spricht deutsch, englisch und teilweise spanisch.
Die WG ist generell vom ruhigen Charakter, sie ist seit knapp einem Jahr bezogen und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Gekocht wird meistens frisch, ansonsten gibt es das allseitsbekannte Dönerdreieck direkt um die Ecke.
Die Nachbarn unter der Wohnung sind sehr nett, ansonsten ist das Haus eher von ruhiger Natur.
Your roomate is 20 years old and studies Psychology in the third semester at CAU. She is calm and tidy and speaks fluent german, English and partly Spanish. The apartment itself is calm, we have lived there for one year and everything is furnished with much detail.
Durch ein Auslandssemester des Mitbewohners wird das Zimmer vom 1.10.2019 bis zum 31.3.2020 zwischenvermietet. Wir suchen nur weibliche Bewohner. Zudem würden wir auch gerne eine Austauschstudentin aufnehmen, das ist aber kein Kriterium der Auswahl des Mitbewohners. Deswegen auch der Text auf englisch.
Zur WG gehört auch ein Kater, der sehr ruhig und anhänglich ist. Deswegen sollte die Mitbewohnerin mit Katzen kein Problem haben.
Sonstige Wichtige Infos:
- Die Vermietung beinhaltet ein Fahrrad, das genutzt werden kann und im Innenhof steht
- Die Dusche der Wohnung befindet sich rückseitig in der Küche, das WC ist vergleichsweise klein
- Der Wilhelmplatz kann ganzjährig, bis auf einen einwöchigen Jahrmarkt im Oktober für kostenloses Parken benutzt werden
Die Bilder sind noch im Jetzt-Zustand. Wir räumen die Wohnung noch bis Ende September um, sodass sie auch einzugsbereit ist.
The room is given away because of a semester abroad of the roommate and is free from the first of October 2019 to the 31th of march 2020. We only look for female roommates.
The apartment includes a cat which is very calm and friendly. A new roommate should not dislike cats.
Other information:
- A bike can be used during your stay
- The shower is located next to the kitchen and the bathroom is small
- The Wilhelmplatz can be used for free parking during the year, except one short time in October because of a funfair.
The pictures are from today, we will change the furniture and everything until the end of September so that it is ready to use.
