Zu vermieten sind zwei kleine Zimmer mit jeweils ca. 10 qm. Ich habe daraus ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Wohnzimmer gemacht.
Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Loggia, dort hat man die Möglichkeit gemütlich zu essen und zu chillen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Willi und am Döner-Dreieck , liegt also alles sehr zentral.
Zurzeit wohne ich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zusammen, die WG löst sich jedoch auf. Ich ziehe recht spontan zum 1.3. und meine Mitbewohnerin zum 1.4. aus. Danach möchte der Vermieter die Wohnung für Eigenbedarf wieder.
Bei Fragen schreib mir gerne hier bei der App, ich versuche so schnell es geht zu antworten und evtl einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen.
