mein Name ist Hanna, ich suche eine Person zur Zwischenmiete für mein Zimmer, da ich kommendes Semester im Ausland sein werde. Die Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind etwa von Ende Februar bis Ende Juli.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, Bad und 3 weiteren Zimmern.
Mein Zimmer ist 15m² groß mit Fenstern Richtung Süden, wodurch es sehr hell ist.
Es ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Sofa, Tisch), die Gesamtmiete pro Monat ist 290 Euro, dabei sind alle Nebenkosten schon mit inbegriffen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Stadtzentrum (falls man das in Kiel wirklich definieren kann), die CAU und Muthesius sowie ein Stadtpark sind ziemlich nah, oder zumindest in 5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Hey,
my name is Hanna, I am searching for someone who wants to stay in my room in a shared flat from the end of February until the end of July. Next semester I‘ll do an Erasmus semester abroad, that's the reason for me searching.
The flat has a kitchen, a bathroom and 3 personal rooms.
My room is 15m² with windows facing south, which makes it very bright.
It is furnished (bed, wardrobe, sofa, table), the total rent per month is 290 euros, which also includes wifi, electricity and so on.
The location is quiet good, it's not far to the city center, the universities and nice park, or at least it takes 5 - 10 min to go there by bike. The next supermarket can be reached by a 5 min walk.
Wir sind zu dritt in der Wohnung, meine Mitbewohnerinnen Merle und Alessa studieren beide im Master hier in Kiel an der Muthesius Kunsthochschule und der CAU.
In der WG haben wir eine entspannte und familiäre Atmosphäre. Interessen, die wir alle haben, sind Musikmachen, Wandern und generell in der Natur sein, neue Dinge lernen und Nachhaltigkeit.
Wir tauschen uns gern über verschiedenste Themen und neusten Erkenntnisse aus, unternehmen gemeinsam Dinge, teilen generell unseren Alltag miteinander- vor allem jetzt in der Winter-Pandemie-Situation.
Generell herrscht ein offenes Zusammenleben, bei dem sich alle auch mal zurückziehen können.
Am wichtigsten finden wir, dass wir gut miteinander kommunizieren können und aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen.

We are 3 people in the flat, my roommates Merle and Alessa are both studying here in Kiel for their Masters at Muthesius Kunsthochschule and the CAU.
There is a relaxed atmosphere in our flat. Interests that we all have are making music, hiking and generally being in nature, being creative, learning new things and integrating sustainability in our lifes.
We like to talk about different topics and the latest findings, do things together, generally share our everyday life with each other- especially now in the winter pandemic situation.
We are having a family-like and open way of living together, where nevertheless everyone can have their time on their own. And therefore what we find most important is that we can communicate well with one another and show consideration for each other.
Eine Sache, die Du beachten solltest, ist, dass das Zimmer zur Straße hin geht und dadurch tagsüber Verkehrsgeräusche zu hören sind!
