Da ich zum Juni mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, wird mein wunderschönes, großes Zimmer frei. Es ist das einzige, welches zum Hinterhof rausgeht und ist dementsprechend sehr ruhig. Außerdem hat man mit einem großen Baum direkt ein Stück Natur vor dem Fenster. Das Zimmer geht nach Westen, deswegen ist ab Nachmittag Sonne garantiert, genauso wie auf dem Balkon, welcher sowohl direkt vom Zimmer als auch von der Küche begehbar ist.
Ein weiteres cooles Feature ist die unverputzte Wand, die von 4 weißen Balken eingerahmt ist. Wenn dir weiß allerdings lieber ist, kannst du sie natürlich auch streichen :) In der Küche haben wir eine Geschirrspülmaschine, einen Gasherd (es kocht einfach alles so schnell), einen großen Esstisch und eine Salzlampe für die Abendbeleuchtung. Im Badezimmer kannst du nicht nur duschen sondern auch baden. Wir haben auch noch ein kleines Zimmerlein, das je nach Bedarf zum Lagern von Dingen, zum Arbeiten am Stehschreibtisch, als Gästezimmer oder zum Socializen genutzt werden kann.
Auch Lauras Zimmer wird Ende August/Anfang September bis April zur Zwischenmiete frei (mit Option auf Übernahme). Das Zimmer wird möbliert und inklusive Pflanzenfreunde vermietet. Vormittags kann man auf der breiten Fensterbank die Sonne in vollen Zügen genießen oder bei Kieler Regenwetter von Ostsee-Strandtagen träumen.

As I will move in with my boyfriend in June, my beautiful, big room will be available. It is the only room facing the backyard and therefore very quiet, the tree in front of the window is your very own piece of nature. As the room and the balcony face west, you'll have sunlight in the afternoon. You can reach the balcony from the room and the kitchen.
Another nice feature is the unplastered wall framed by 4 white bars. If, however, you do prefer white, you can of course paint it over :) The kitchen contains a dishwasher, a gas stove (everything cooks soo fast), a big dining table and a salt lamp for the evening light. In the bathroom you can shower as well as taking a bath. Addionally to all that, we have a small chamber that can be used for storage, as a working space, guest room or for socializing.
Lauras room will be temporarily vacant from the end of august/beginning of september till April (with the option of aquisition). The room will be fully furnished incl. plants and in the mornings one can enjoy the sun on the broad windowsill :)
Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Ecke Westring und Eckerförder Straße. Von dort aus erreichst du den Schrevenpark in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß, das gleiche gilt auch für den Rewe und Rossmann in der Weißenburgstraße und das Döner-Dreieck. Um zum Sultanmarkt zu kommen, musst du sogar nur einmal über die Ampel gehen, weshalb wir dort Stammkunden sind. Auch zur Uni (falls Präsenz irgendwann wieder in Mode kommt) und zum Bahnhof brauchst du nur um die 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es auch einige Bushaltestellen.
Our flat is situated in a quite central location at the junction between the Westring and Eckernförder Straße. You can reach the Schrevenpark in 5-7 minutes by foot. Same goes for the Rewe and Rossmann in the Weißenburgstraße as well as a couple of kebab stores. The turkish supermarket is right across the street, which is why we are regular customers. The university and central station can be reached in 10 minutes via bike and there are a couple of bus stops right outside the front door.
Du würdest mit Laura (26) und Julian (33) zusammenwohnen. Laura ist Studentin und leidenschaftliche Surferin, Abenteurerin, Marktgängerin und zur Zeit auch Busausbauerin. Sie wird im September für ein Praktikum weggehen und ihr Zimmer untervermieten. Julian ist Arzt in Ausbildung & Spanischexperte und hat eine große Vorliebe für Pasta mit Thunfischsoße, lateinamerikanischen House-Remix und frisch gepresste Säfte.
Laura ist wegen des Online-Studiums viel da und überrascht gerne mit Kuchen oder einem Angebot für eine gemeinsame Yogasession oder Winterschwimmen. Julian ist arbeitsbedingt nicht so unglaublich viel Zuhause, aber er wird dir höchstwahrscheinlich am Wochenende einen Frühstückssaft machen oder dir zeigen, wie man Maismehl-Tortillas macht.
You would be living with Laura (26) and Julian (33). Laura is a student and a passionate surfer, adventuress and loves shopping veggies on the market and converting her van. She will leave in september for an internship and will subrent her room. Julian is doctor-in-training and spanish expert and has a weakness for pasta with tuna sauce, latinamerican house-remix and freshly-squeezed juices.
Laura spends a lot of time at home due to online courses and likes suprising people with cake or offers for yogasessions or winter swimming. Julian does not spend that much time at home due to his work but he will probably make you a breakfast juice on weekends or show you how to make corn tortillas.
Wir bieten aufgrund von Corona Online-Besichtigungen an, wenn dir das lieber ist. Du könntest allerdings auch gerne persönlich vorbei kommen, wenn du einen negativen Schnelltest mitbringst, damit wir das Risiko gering halten.
We can offer an online flat viewing if you prefer. But you could also come for a visit in person if you bring a negative rapid test result so we can minimize the risk.
