Ich suche im Auftrag eine Nachmieterin / einen Nachmieter für ein tolles WG Zimmer in Uni Nähe.
Die Linie 81 hält direkt um die Ecke.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße.
Das WG Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof raus. Schöner Altbauboden.
Bad und Küche sind vor kurzem teilmodernisiert worden.
Der IKEA Pax Schrank, den man auf einem der Fotos sehen kann, soll übernommen werden. Er wurde nie benutzt und ist komplett neu. Inzwischen hat die offene Seite eine Spiegeltür.
Der Mitbewohner Kjell ist Student und Anfang 20.
