dein Zimmer wäre möbliert:
- 1,40 m Bett mit Schubkästen
- 2 Kleiderstangen (die schwarzen, die weißen kommen raus)
- eine Kommode
- ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl kann, wenn gewollt, reingestellt werden (befindet sich momentan noch im Keller)
Der Keller kann allerdings nicht als weiterer Abstellraum genutzt werden (maximal paar Kisten passen noch rein)
Sonst werden die Küche, das Bad und der Balkon gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

- 1.40 m bed with drawers
- 2 clothes rails (the black ones, the white ones come out)
- a chest of drawers
- a desk and chair can be put in if you want (currently still in the basement)
However, the cellar cannot be used as another storage room (at most a few boxes will still fit in)
Otherwise, the kitchen, bathroom and balcony are shared.

Zu Fuß benötigt man 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, wo die Buslinien 50, 51, 52 & 81 regelmäßig fahren.

Du wirst hier mit Tim (24) zusammen wohnen. Ab 1.1.24 beginnt er sein praktischen Jahr im Rahmen des Pharmazie Studiums bei Elanco.
Ich, Junia (22), bin Tims Freundin und wir wohnen sonst eigentlich gemeinsam hier. Ich arbeite allerdings gerade für ein halbes Jahr in Hamburg bei Beiersdorf und wohne daher in der Woche auch dort und wäre vermutlich am Wochenende zu Besuch hier in Kiel. :)
Daher wollen wir unser Schlafzimmer an eine Person vermieten.
Da wir beide berufstätig sind, ist das hier eher eine ruhige WG, aber würeden uns über eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene Person freuen.
Zudem legen wir Wert auf Ordentlichkeit.
You will be living here with Tim (24). He will be starting his practical year as part of his pharmacy studies at Elanco on 1.1.24.
I, Junia (22), am Tim's girlfriend and we usually live here together. However, I am currently working for six months in Hamburg at Beiersdorf and therefore live there during the week and would probably be visiting here in Kiel at the weekend. :)
That's why we want to rent our bedroom to one person.
Since we are both working, this is rather a quiet flat share, but we would be happy to have a friendly and open-minded person.
We also value tidiness.
