Moin! Ich habe ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer Zweier-WG zu vermieten. Es ist ca. 13qm groß, sehr hell und es gibt keine Dachschrägen oder ähnliches, wodurch es sich vielseitig einrichten lässt.
Es gibt in der Wohnung noch ein halbes Zimmer (ca 9qm), das ich grade als kleines gemütlichen Esszimmer einrichte. Das ist dann gemeinschaftlicher Wohnraum :)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Südfriedhof. Der Exerzierplatz ist in ca 5 Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Uni kann in ungefähr 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden und auch die FH ist mit Fahrrad und Fähre sehr gut erreichbar.

Ich bin Max, 25 Jahre alt und studiere grad Soziale Arbeit. Ich werde selbst erst zum 1. Februar in die Wohnung ziehen und habe Lust auf ne kleine, gemütliche WG. Da ich durch Studium und meinen Job als Erzieher relativ eingebunden bin, werde ich nicht sooo viel zuhause sein, habe aber trotzdem Lust, ab und zu mal zusammen was zu kochen oder auch einfach mal zusammen in der Küche zu sitzen, ne Runde zu quatschen und nen Kaffee zu trinken:)

Ich bin selbst nicht unbedingt der ordentlichste, aber ne Grundordnung ist mir in der Wohnung schon irgendwie wichtig. Ich würde es deswegen cool finden, wenn man direkt einfach ein paar Regeln zum Putzen und so bespricht, um später nicht wegen irgendwelcher Kleinigkeiten zu streiten.

Ich ziehe selbst auch erst im Februar in die Wohnung. Die Fotos sind in der Auszugsphase der Vormieter entstanden. So kahl soll die Wohnung möglichst nicht bleiben :)

Übrigens gibt es ne Spülmaschine!!
