Da ich im Rahmen meines Studiums für 6 Wochen ins Ausland gehe, suche ich ab dem 25.7.2013 (evtl. kannst du auch früher rein) eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein 15 qm Zimmer in einer netten 2er WG! Das Zimmer wäre komplett möbliert. Das Fenster geht zum Innenhof raus, d.h. es ist in der Regel sehr ruhig (gelegentlich gibt es bei der studentischen Nachbarschaft natürlich mal die ein oder andere Party). Da die Wohnung in einem Altbau ist, bietet das Zimmer hohe Decken und schöne Holzdielen.
2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni, 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis Bahnhof und Innenstadt, Sky und Lidl direkt um die Ecke... was will man mehr?
Du hättest die Ehre, 6 Wochen mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Lili (Biologiestudentin im 4. Semester) zusammen zu leben. Langweilig würde dir mit ihr nicht werden, bei Bedarf kannst du dich aber natürlich auch jederzeit zurückziehen!
Auch wenn du 6 Wochen einziehst - Miete wäre nur für den Monat August fällig, da ich ja für Juli ohnehin noch zahle und für die 5 Tage im September will ich dann auch nix abrechnen...
