Das Zimmer ist süße 14m² groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster, was es sehr hell macht und einen schönen Dielenboden. Zu dem Zimmer gehören 6m² "Privat-Flur", der durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt ist. In dem Flur befindet sich ein begehbarer Einbauschrank, dadurch ist kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer notwendig.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Südfriedhof. Zur Bushaltestelle (51, 52, 81) läuft man 2/3 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca 10-15 Minuten. Die 81 fährt direkt zur Uni und braucht dafür 20 Minuten.
Einkaufen kann man bei Lidl oder Sky, diese liegen nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch ein Rossmann und eine Sparkasse befinden sich in der Nähe.
Ich bin eine Studentin, die meistens von der Uni aus lernt, somit hast du die Wohnung tagsüber oft für dich allein. Abends koche ich gerne, unternehme was mit Freunden oder liege gerne auch mal gemütlich vorm Fernseher. Jedoch kann es am Wochenende auch mal lauter werden. Gerne kann all das auch zusammen unternommen werden, muss aber nicht.
Es ist auch möglich eher einzuziehen, je nach Bedarf.
