Hallo zusammen,
ich ziehe aus und suche ein netten Nachmieter für mein 18 qm Zimmer.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zur Südseite, ist dadurch sehr hell und man kann im Winter auf dem Bett liegen und die Sonne genießen.
An der Küche ist ein Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf Kiel und das Rathaus.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral. Sie ist insgesamt 54 qm groß. Zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Sophienhof sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß und ein Aldi ist gleich nebenan.Der Bus zur UNI ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Exerzierplatz ist auch nur die straße runter und eine 24 Studnen geöffnete Tankstelle ist auch da.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Johannes (24) und studiert Sozialearbeit und ist voll entspannt. Er apielt Fußball und geht auch öfter mal feiern. Das Zusammenleben war völlig problemlos. Es hat auch immer ohne Putzplan geklappt.
Zur Zeit bin ich nicht am Handy erreichbar desswegen am besten einfach eine Nachricht schicken.
