Das Zimmer ist knapp 14 Quadratmeter groß, es reicht aber vollkommen aus um ein großes Bett und alles andere reinzustellen. Es gibt ein Fenster! Wir haben einen tollen Laminat Boden ! Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben, nach Absprache können Möbel übernommen werden.
Wir wohnen mitten in der Stadt, gleich in der Nähe ist die Andreas Gayk Station, man braucht 3 min zu dieser. In 2 Minuten ist man in der Campus Suite. Der Sophienhof und der Bahnhof sind somit auch gleich in der Nähe!
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine sehr gesellige Person, wir sitzen gerne zusammen und reden über alles mögliche und gucken auch einfach mal Fernsehen zusammen oder probieren neue Restaurants aus und natürlich den guten Lieferservice ! :D
Du solltest also keine Zweck Wg suchen, du solltest am besten auch in dem Alter zwischen 20-24 herum sein. Am besten schreibst du mir einfach ein wenig über dich und dann kann man alles weitere ja besprechen !
