Ich suche zum 01.06. oder 01.07. einen Mieter für ein 22 qm großes Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 67,5 qm groß. Neuer Mitbewohner wäre ein umgänglicher 28-jähriger.
Die Wohnung ist im 6. Stock und hat Fördeblick. So kann man beim Frühstück die Fähren in Richtung Oslo und Göteborg beobachten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor der Haustür gelegen. Die Wohnung und insbesondere das Fenster ist durch einen ca 6 qm großen eingehausten Balkon sehr hell. Der Balkon ist in den 22 qm des Zimmers nicht enthalten.
Die Miete enthält bereits Stromkosten und eine Betriebskostenpauschale.
