Das Zimmer ist wohnlich und komplett eingerichtet. Ich biete es für zwei Monate zur Zwischenmiete an, während ich im Ausland unterwegs bin. Ein gesamter Hausstand ist vorhanden, gebraucht wird nichts außer Klamotten und guter Laune.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Belvedere im Stadtteil Wik. Gute Busanbindung. Mit dem Rad 10 min. zur Uni und zu den Holtenauer Arkaden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Rewe und ein Penny in unmittelbarer Umgebung (5 - 10 min zu Fuß).
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern mittlerweile gute Freunde geworden. Genauso sieht auch das WG-Leben aus. Es wäre schön, wenn der/die Zwischenmieter/in Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten hat.
Meinen Mitbewohnern sind Zwischenmieter nicht fremd, man wird herzlich empfangen.
