Du studierst in Kiel, bist auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer und musikalisch, schauspielerisch, literarisch oder anderweitig künstlerisch interessiert? Wir sind die Albingen - eine musische (Wohn-)Gemeinschaft auf der Suche nach neuen Mitbewohnern! Abgesehen von einem Zimmer, einer Gemeinschaftsetage mit Tresenraum und einem Klavier, haben wir ein geselliges Miteinander und viele gemeinsame Aktivitäten anzubieten.

Das Zimmer ist hell und mit Laminat ausgestattet, die Mitbewohner*innen ruhig und freundlich.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca.11 qm groß und besitzt ein Fenster zum Parkplatz.
Im Sommer laden ein Balkon und eine Terrasse zum gemütlichen Beisammensein, aber auch Lernen im Freien ein. Wenn das Wetter mitmacht, wird auch gerne mal gegrillt!

Are you studying in Kiel, looking for a room and interested in music, acting, literature or other arts? We are the Albingen - a musical community looking for new flatmates! In addition to a room, we can offer a communal floor with a bar and a piano, as well as a sociable atmosphere and many joint activities.

The room is bright and has laminate flooring, the flatmates are quiet and friendly.
The free room is about 11 square meters and has windows overlooking the car park.
In summer, a balcony and a terrace invite you to get together and study outside. If the weather cooperates, we also like to have a barbecue!
On sunny days, we also like to have a barbecue!
Zur Lage: Das ruhige, grüne Kronshagen liegt in Kiel und nah an der Uni (mit dem Bus 6 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad etwas mehr, zu Fuß noch etwas mehr), und ist eine ruhige Wohngegend. Die Buslinien 6, 34, 71/72 und 14 sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, Rewe, Rossmann, verschiedene Bäcker, Apotheken und Wochenmarkt) sind in der näheren Umgebung gegeben.

Kronshagen is a small town in the suburban area of Kiel and close to the university (6 minutes by bus, a little more by bike, a little more on foot). Bus lines 6, 34, 71/72 and 14 are within easy walking distance. Good shopping facilities (LIDL, Rewe, Rossmann, various bakers, pharmacies and a weekly market) are available in the immediate vicinity.
Alle Hausbewohner*innen sind Studierende unterschiedlicher Fächer und mit unterschiedlichen Charakteren. Gerade das macht den Reiz des Zusammenlebens aus: Wir ergänzen uns, lernen voneinander und verbringen gemeinsame Abende in der Gemeinschaftsetage. Wir verfügen über einen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und Räumlichkeiten für beispielsweise gemeinsame Filmabende oder sonstige Aktivitäten. Außerdem befindet sich auf (fast) jeder Etage eine Küche und ein Bad/WC.
Wichtig ist, dass wir das Zimmer nicht zur Zwischenmiete vergeben. Daher bitten wir Dich, uns nur zu schreiben, wenn du vor hast, etwas länger zu bleiben!
Die AMV Albingia ist eine gemischte, nichtschlagende (das heißt, nicht fechtende) und nicht farbtragende, musische Studentenverbindung. Aus diesem Grund können wir die Zimmer nur an Studierende vermieten und die unverschämt günstige Miete erklärt sich mit der Finanzierung durch unseren Förderverein.
Als Hausbewohner*in hast du die Möglichkeit, die Verbindung kennen zu lernen und dir ein Bild zu machen. Natürlich bist du auch herzlich eingeladen, an unseren Veranstaltungen teilzunehmen!

All residents are students of different subjects and with different characters. This is what makes living together so attractive: We complement each other, learn from each other and spend evenings together on the common floor. We have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and rooms for joint film evenings or other activities. There is also a kitchen and a bathroom/WC on (almost) every floor.
It is important to note that we do not offer the room for intermediate rent. Therefore, we ask you to write to us only if you plan to stay a little longer!
The AMV Albingia is a mixed, non-fencing and non-colour-bearing, musical student fraternity. For this reason, we can only rent the rooms to students, and the outrageously low rent is explained by the funding from our booster club.
As a resident, you have the opportunity to get to know the fraternity and get an idea of what it's like. Of course, you are also welcome to take part in our events!
