Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrpersonenhauses mit entspannter Nachbarschaft.
Highlight ist schöne, gemütliche Wohnküche, wo wir gut und gerne zusammen essen, plaudern und was gucken können. Natürlich gibt es auch einen Flur und ein Badezimmer, welches ebenfall schön groß ist und sogar eine (Regen-)Dusche UND eine Badewanne besitzt. 2. Highligt ist, dass von unserem Badezimmer ein kleiner Balkon betreten werden kann, sodass du beim Zähneputzen beobachten kannst, was die Tischlerei im Innenhof so zu tun hat.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und durch die Ausrichtung nach Süden tagsüber schön hell! Schreibtisch, Sessel, Plattenspieler, Kleiderstange, Kommode und 1,40m Bett ist alles dabei!
Schön wäre es natürlich, wenn du ab und zu die Pflanzen gießen könntest. :)

The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-person house with a relaxed house community.
the apartments highlight is a beautiful, cozy eat-in kitchen, where we can enjoy eating, chatting and watching TV together. Of course, there is also a hallway and a bathroom, which is also nice and big and even has a (rain) shower AND a bathtub. The 2nd highlight is that you can access a small balcony from our bathroom so that you can watch the carpentry work in the Backyard while brushing your teeth.
Your room is approx. 18 square meters in size and is nice and bright during the day thanks to its south-facing orientation! Desk, armchair, record player, clothes rail, dresser and 1.40m bed are included.
Of course, it would be nice if you could water the plants from time to time. :)
Unser Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße in Gaarden Süd. Ringsherum sind einige Grünflächen wie der Ida Hinz Park und ein sehr schöner Wald (wir nennen ihn Krähenwald, weil dort gefühlt die gesamte Krähenpopulation von Kiel zuhause ist).
Wir mögen es hier sehr gerne zu wohnen, weil die Nachbarschaft entspannt ist, es viel Grün und wenig Straßenlärm gibt.
5 Minuten zum Hörnbad/zur Hörn
7 Minuten zum Hbf mit dem Rad (15min Fuß)
7 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (KVG Betriebshof)
Außerdem gibt natürlich Supermärkte wie Penny und Aldi in der Nähe und am Venetaplatz gute Möglichkeiten lecker essen zu gehen.

Our house is located in a quiet residential street in Gaarden Süd. It is surrounded by green spaces such as Ida Hinz Park and a beautiful forest (we call it the crown forest, because it feels like the entire crow population of Kiel lives there).
We really like living here because the neighborhood is very relaxed, there is a lot of greenery and little street noise.
5 minutes to Hörnbad/the Hörn
7 minutes to the main station by bike (15min walk)
7 minutes to the nearest bus stop (KVG depot)
There are of course supermarkets such as Penny and Aldi nearby and Venetaplatz is a good place to eat out delicous food (arabic and turkish).
Zusammen wohnen würdest du den wunderbaren Menschen Charly und Wiebke.
Beide sind sehr herzlich, unkompliziert und haben Lust auf WG-Leben.
Charly ist im Herbst für ihren Master in Psychologie aus Leipzig nach Kiel gezogen und freut sich nach ihrem ersten Kieler Winter jetzt drauf die Ostseeküste mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden und mit Freunden Zeit draußen zu verbringen. Auch, wenn Sie mit Uni und Ehrenamt einiges um die Ohren hat, ist Sie immer down für einen gemeinsamen (Rooibusch) Tee.
Wiebke ist gerade erst eingezogen, wohnt aber schon lange in Kiel. Tagsüber ist sie in Teilzeit in Eckernförde unterwegs, da Sie dort an Schulen arbeitet. Ansonsten ist sie gerne unter Menschen, liest feministische Literatur im Lesekreis und geht klettern.

You would live together with the awesome Charly and wonderful Wiebke.
Both are very warm-hearted, uncomplicated and enjoy living in a shared flat.
Charly moved to Kiel from Leipzig in the last fall for her master's degree in psychology and is now looking forward to exploring the Baltic Sea coast by bike and spending time outdoors with friends after her first kielish winter. Even though she has a lot on her plate with university and voluntary work, she is always down for a cup of (rooibos) tea and enjoys chatting.
Wiebke has only just moved in, but has lived in Kiel for a longer time. During the day, she works part-time in Eckernförde, where she works at schools. Apart from that, she enjoys socializing, reading feminist literature in a reading circle and going climbing. She is also a very open-minded and social person.
Der Ein- und Auszug ist sicher um einige Tage flexibel.
