Wir bieten ab 1. Oktober ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer schönen WG-Wohnung in Kirchen an. Das Zimmer Nr. 2 mit einer Grundfläche von 16 qm hat folgende Grundausstattung: Bett (1,00 x 2,00 m), Nachtkonsole, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regal, Couch mit kl. Beistelltisch, Flachbild-TV und Sat-Receiver. DSL-Anschluß für Internet/Telefon ist vorhanden und kann vom Mieter selbst angemeldet werden.
Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen verfügt über insgesamt 4 Einzelzimmer, eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, 2 Bäder, Gäste-WC und kl. Waschküche.
Alle Zimmer sowie Küche und Bäder sind möbliert. Die Küche ist großzügig mit Inventar ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine, Microwelle und Senseo-Kaffemaschine. Im kleinen Hauswirtschaftsraum stehen euch kostenlos Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger usw. zur Verfügung. Ihr könnt also ohne große Neuanschaffungen direkt einziehen!
Eine Besichtigung ist nach vorheriger Absprache kurzfristig möglich! Solange das Zimmer nicht langfristig vermietet ist, steht es auch für eine Kurzzeit-Vermietung zur Verfügung. Preise gerne auf Anfrage.

Please notice, that our accommodation is not located in Siegen. Our town Kirchen is a nice village on
the railway route Siegen-Cologne-Aachen with about 10.000 residents and a good infrastructure with
supermarkets, banks and a hospital. The distance to Siegen is about 20 km by car, by train the
distance is shorter, it will take you approximately 14-19 minutes to the central station in Siegen.
The registered students of the University Siegen are getting a student ticket for train and bus. The
railway station Kirchen it is only a short walk of 8 minutes from the house.
The apartment already contains furniture like a bed, a desk, a closet, a TV, a chair. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking and eating, including dish washer. You have the possibility to rent bedclothes and towels.
We have also a washing machine and a dryer without extra charge. The price of the room is including
electricity and hot water and TV charge etc. Only the internet is not included, but a housemate has a
contract and she shares it together with the other renters.
In the past we didn’t have the best experience with unknown renters! It would be great, if you could
provide us some information about you and the date on which you are planning to rent the apartment.

We renovated the complete house 4 years ago and we don’t like to give the rooms to smokers and
noisy people. It is no hotel with room service! It is important, that our renters constant clean their own
room and also the common rooms together with the other housemates.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Umland von Siegen. Die Stadt Kirchen liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Bahnstrecke Siegen/Köln und hat eine sehr gute Infrastruktur. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet aber dennoch zentral. Es gibt eine direkte Bahnverbindung nach Siegen (Hbf), 14 bzw. 19 Minuten, 2x in der Stunde. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Semesterticket kann man kostenlos die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im Verkehrs-Verbund Rhein-Sieg nutzen.
Die Stadt Kirchen bietet vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
z.B.: Lidl, Getränkemarkt, Drogerie Rossmann und Metzgerei(wenige Gehminuten).
Weitere Märkte (Aldi, Netto, Kaufland, Obst/Gemüse-Händler) sowie Rathaus, Banken und Krankenhaus ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

Da wir als Eigentümer die Wohnung nur vermieten, jedoch selbst nicht im Haus wohnen, können wir zum WG-Leben leider keine Angaben machen!
Wir wohnen selbst in unmittelbarer Nähe und stehen unseren Mietern gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite!
Sport & Freizeit:
In Kirchen sowie auch in der Nachbarstadt Betzdorf (nur 2km entfernt) findet ihr unzählige Vereine mit unterschiedlichen Angeboten in den Bereichen Sport, Musik, Umwelt, Kultur usw.
Falls ihr Gleichgesinnte in einer bestimmten Sparte sucht, dann schaut doch einfach mal auf die Homepage von Kirchen www.kirchen-sieg.de oder Betzdorf www.betzdorf.de. Neben den Infos zu den Städten und Gemeinden sind dort auch alle Vereine aufgelistet.
Auf dem Molzberg befindet sich außerdem ein Hallenbad. In Kirchen beginnt auch der ca. 12 km lange Asdorftal-Radwanderwegs. Die ehemalige Eisenbahntrasse kann zum Radfahren, Laufen und Inlineskaten genutzt werden.
