Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat ein 1,40 cm großes Bett, einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Lesesessel und jede Menge Stauraum. Durch die große Balkontür ist das Zimmer tagsüber schön hell, lässt sich aber durch die Rollläden super abdunkeln. Das Zimmer hat einen Zugang auf den Balkon, welcher ebenfalls möbliert ist.
Die Wohnung ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität entfernt und 5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle.
Es dreht sich hierbei um eine 2er WG. Wichtig sind gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, Sauberkeit in den geteilten Räume und eine freundlicher Umgang miteinander.
Das Zimmer wird für das kommende Wintersemester (WS24) zur Untermiete angeboten.
