Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine und einen großen, schönen Garten. Just one block from Klagenfurt Train Station. There is a supermarket and a Lidl 10 minutes' walk away. The city centre can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The Wörthersee can be reached by public transport in about 10 minutes or on foot in about 40 minutes. Parking is available on the street (no parking fees). The garden is accessible to all and has chairs, tables and a barbecue for visits.

The house is shared with musicians. Therefore, it may be that you hear violin or guitar exercises nearby, although it is possible that the roommates are longer than a month away.
