Das Zimmer ist etwa 24 m² groß, sehr geräumig und hell. Es hat 2 große Fenster und ca. 3,5m hohe Decken. Je nach Absprache wird das Zimmer teil- oder komplettmobeliert weitervermietet.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 114m² besteht aus 4 WG- Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche, einem riesigen Gang, Klo und Bad sowie einem kleinen Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 01.07.2024 weitervermietet.
Die WG liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt und ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10-15 Minuten, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Spar, Billa) sind auch in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die WG besteht derzeit aus 3 Studenten(24, 24, 29) die alle Psychologie studieren. Vom Studienanfänger bis Masterstudenten und vom Früh- bis Spätaufsteher ist alles vertreten.
Wir sind eine entspannte WG, die gerne mal etwas zusammen macht und suchen daher auch niemanden, der eine reine Zweck-WG sucht. Mit uns lässt sich immer reden und die Küche ist dafür der Ort, an dem wir gerne zusammenkommen.
Wenn du jedoch mal deine Ruhe brauchst, ist das natürlich auch überhaupt kein Problem.
