Dear flatshare seekers,
In our beautiful 4-person flatshare, a room will be available permanently, as our dear roommate Sezen is moving out.
The room is 20m2, well laid out, and stands out with its beautiful flooring and lovely window front, allowing the afternoon sun to shine through. The view from the window overlooks our garden, which we are allowed to share, and you can watch squirrels and birds there. Some furniture can and should be taken over (which ones exactly and at what price you can discuss with Sezen).
The apartment has a total of approximately 120m2 and consists of a relatively large hallway, three other rooms (16m2, 22m2, and 25m2), a bathroom, a toilet, and a kitchen.
The flatshare's highlights are our two balconies: on the kitchen balcony, you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun and watch the neighbor's cat. On the other balcony (above Atta's room), you can savor the afternoon sun and enjoy the view of the mountains.
The flats is conveniently located between the university and the city center, near the Steinerne Brücke (Waidmannsdorf).
This is a prime location because we can quickly reach the lake and the campus of the Alpen-Adria University. Supermarkets such as Spar and Hofer are very close by, and the Obirapotheke or Wulfenia Cinema are just around the corner.
Moreover, it's not far to the city center, approximately 10 minutes by bike.
But the best part is that the apartment is not situated on a street; all rooms face gardens, allowing us to be awakened by the chirping of birds. So, the location is central and at the same time very peaceful.
Currently Atta, Sezen, Danny and Hanna live in the flat.
Hanna (26) has been a part of our flat since March 2024. She is our go-to for spontaneous nature escapes and can dissect a psychological theory (explanation: she studies psychology) and write a Ballermann Song with the same enthusiasim.

Atta (30) lived in this flat since the beginning of 2022. He is working with robots. He can beat you at Tennis, Video Games, Chai and everything else you thought you were the best in. Also he’s up to an outdoor hike if it’s planned like 10 minutes before.
Danny (32) has been living here since September 2022 and writing his PhD in media and communication. Danny can combine a full bookshelf with his expertise in the newest twitter memes; occassionally smoking with sports everyday; having his mind in the clouds and overthinking (like this description).
Since we've been living in this flat it has been a both gender WG and we'd like to keep it that way, we don't want to turn it into a BroG.
