Hello,
there is a cozy and bright room waiting for you in the apartment that you will be sharing with 3 girls. The room is 15m2 big and is separated from the kitchen with a curtain. This gives your room a feeling of bigger and more open space. It also makes the path to your morning coffee or tee shorter.;)
The room will be empty, except for a wardrobe that you can purchase from the previous tenant for a small amount (you can see it in the photos). That means that you can decorate and personalize it however you want. You can also make a stronger barrier with the furniture, added curtains or dividing wall.
Next to the room is a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a big fridge with a freezer. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Besides we have a second toilet and a small storage room. If you need to store anything bigger there is also a basement.
What can make your stay here even nicer is a big shared balcony with a view of the mountains. It's perfect for sunbathing and chilling.:)
The apartment is very conveniently located close to the city center so you can easily reach all you might need by foot. Spar and Billa are 10 minutes away and you only need good 15 minutes to City Arkaden. The apartment is located 3-5 minutes away from the main train and bus station. So all the connections you might need are just a few minutes away. It's also 10 minutes away from the GMPU and Konzerthaus.
You will be sharing the apartment with 3 lovely girls Gaia, Anika and Aneja. They are 21 and 22 years old. They are students at the GMPU. That means if you are a musician yourself, you can freely practice in the apartment since 8 till 22.
The atmosphere is very chill. We like to have conversations and do some activities together, but it's also no problem if you want some privacy and time for yourself. We also sometimes help each other out with cooking together and dividing the cleaning responsibilities.
We would love to get to meet you, show you the apartment and see if we would be a good fit.:)
We are looking for a person that could stay with us until September of 2025, but if you are looking for a place to stay for a shorter amount of time it's also possible to arrange that. Feel free to contact us!
