The flat has a total of 3 rooms which don't have shared walls, so you can listen to loud music without annoying anybody. 2 of those rooms will be empty, the other room from August on, so you could also move in with a friend.
The flat has a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine with a seperate toilet, a storage room and a small kitchen. We also have a cellar, so there's room if you want to take more things with you :D
We have a garden with a cherry tree, currants, WIFI and a small hut where you can sit outside even when it rains. We share the garden with the guy from the flat next to us and the caretaker, who is always super helpful in case you need something fixed in the flat.
There are plenty of grocery shopping opportunities nearby (3 min to Penny, 10 to Interspar, etc.), you can get to the city centre in 10 minutes by bike or 20 min by bus and to the university in 15 minutes by bike, whereby you can cycle along the river and sometimes spot a mallard or a beaver! It also takes 20 min by bus, and there are several options of bus lines to choose from.
There is parking by the street with always free parking space and also in the courtyard where you can park if you want to change a tyre or something.
Daily life is just easy-going where everyone can do whatever they feel like. I will be moving out, but here is some information about the roommates:
Linh is 26, from vietnam and is currently doing her degree in Economics and Data science (MEDs). She likes to hang out with her roommates and cook together sometimes. She also loves cats 🐈⬛
Tom is also moving out, his is the biggest room.
As I am moving out, the 170€ (fixed price) are for the big wardrobe with mirror, the cornice and the white rack in your room plus ⅓ of the washing machine which is only 3,5 years old. The flat was empty when we moved in, but I'll be leaving a lot of stuff and the others also have some things. :)

Wifi and electricity are included in the service charges, heating costs in the basic rent.
