Looking for a room in a flatshare- urgent :)

Hello,

My name is Lakshmi (Laksh for short). I am moving to Germany on the 17th of May to start my Masters degree at Rhein-Waal University in the field of Bionics and Bionimetics. I am an international student from India and would be studying at Kleve for atleast a year.

I am arriving a little late in the semester and so looking for a flatshare to move in to immediately. I am initally staying at a local Bed and Breakfast for a week by which time I hope to find a flat which would accept me :) I would be available for viewing from the 17th from 7 pm onwards which is when I would have reached my bed and breakfast :)

I am 30. I dont smoke or drink. I am very clean and tidy. I am also very easy to get along with and quite social. I hope I could improve my German with my future flatmates.

I am looking for something in the range of 225-275 EUR for rent with an extra 30-40 EUR for bills if possible. I am not sure if this is normal to expect as I am unsure about the cost of living in Kleve.
