Mein Mitbewohner und ich suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er-Studenten-Wg.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral,5 Gehminuten in die Klever-Innenstadt und ca.10Gehminuten bis zur Hochschule.Die gesamte Wohnfläche beträgt ca.80m2 und die drei Zimmer jeweils um die 12m2.Die Wohnung ist soweit ausgestattet,eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich etwa 280Euro warm und beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, Internet und Telefon.
Für weitere Fragen stehe ich gern zur Verfügung.

We live in a three-man-appartment,5 minutes walking-distance to the city and about 10minutes walking-distance to the university.
We are searching for a nice room mate who would like to join us in our 80m2 appartment.Each room is measured about 12m2.
We have all the important furniture and a washer as well.
The monthly rent amounts 280 Euro and includes water,electricity and wifi.
