Ich suche WGZimmer oder Appartment in Kleve ab Sept 2014

Hallo, I am Jessica from Hong Kong:) I will start my study (Sustainable Agriculture,B.Sc) at the Hochschule Rhine-Waal in Sept.2014 and I really need a room. I will arrive in early Sept. (depending on when I can move in, the exact day of my flight is not confirmed yet) If you have a spare room, you are just the one I am looking for and I would certainly love to hearing from you.

I speak Cantonese, English und ein bisschen German(have been learning the amazing language for over a year:) Now I can at least say some elementary phrases out loud, recognize some words,etc. I was an English-majored student at a university in Hong Kong so there should be no communication problems in English between us. And I would love to improve my language ability through communication. Therefore,if you want to practice German and/or English together, or just wanna learn some Asian language (I am talking about my mother tongue, Cantonese, of course), living under the same roof together surely helps.

I consider myself (or at least I hope I am) a considerate, communicative,soft-tempered person. Sometimes, however, I would like to have some me-time, and I would tell you directly if I need some space alone. I am a bookworm and music+movie-lover. I sometimes cook but I don't cook Chinese cuisine much. I mostly cook pasta and veggie. Occasionally I bake too so it will be great if there is an oven equipped. That's not a must though.

I don't mind smoking as long as you don't smoke in front of me. Music is ok as I myself is a music-lover, but there shouldn't be loud music/sound when I try to study. I get distracted very (and I mean, VERY) easily, so please don't try to distract me when I am reading.

I love dogs and cats so animals won't be an issue. However, I would like to commute with a bicycle. Therefore, some storage space for a bike should be needed. As I come from such a far distance, I won't bring any furniture. If there is some furniture in the room (like bed,bookshelf,etc.), that will be nice, but that's not a must as I can always buy them after I arrive.

To sum up, I need a WG that can store a bike, preferably with an oven (a kitchen is a must though,with a fridge) and some furniture in the room. Internet access is very important to me so a reliable internet access is a must too.
I would like a nice, clean flatshare which is also close to the Hochschule (at least I can go there by bicycle in 10 min.,that will be fine). If that sounds like your flat and you happen to have a spare room, please contact me and we shall discuss the details. I look forward to hearing from you.
