Need a room in Kleve

I'm looking for a room to stay, I'm friendly and easy going. I don't mind living with anyone but I prefer a German/English native speaker (some sort of an international room mates from across the world). I'm a year old Jordanian who just got admitted to HSRW, I'm looking for a comfortable room, nothing fancy, where I do my studies and rest. I'm looking for a furnished room. I'm also looking for good room mates who I can enjoy my time with. Also, the closer to the Hochschule the better, but it's not also a problem if it's close to transport. Internet connection should also be available too. I also need a balcony or a nearby outdoor space since I'm a smoker. A kitchen is important but a parking spot is not. If there's a dishwasher that would be super great. It doesn't matter which floor the room is I can handle animals if there's any pet in the house. I don't mind mixed genders. I can do interviews if needed.
I am currently staying at The Rilano Hotel
