I'm looking for a flatshare that's extremely near Marie-Curie-Straße 1 | 47533 Kleve, Germany, where my university is located (Hochschule Rhein-Waal). It should take around 10min walk or transport to get to the university. Lots of shops and bus/train stations around. Fully furnished with closet, shelves, hangers, sofas, chairs. Electricity, water, heating all included in the rent as well. Max. rent is €280 per month. Need the room from mid of August 2015. If I feel well-accommodated to the place, I shall sign a long-term contract for my studies at the university.
