Hi, I'm looking for a furnished room on a contract starting from the end of September till at least 4 months or more in the range of 200-350 EUR (Lower the better of course). I speak English/Urdu and German on a lower level, so a common language with flatmates would help to be able to communicate. I'm looking for clean flatmates.
My requirements:
1) Room in a Shared Flat OR a Single room flat
2) Internet/TV and all the basic utilities available
3) Mixed-Gender (Don't mind the race)
Preferably a separate washroom and a washing machine but it's not a deal breaker.
