student looking for a room

I am a new student to the Hochschule Rhein-Waal in Kleve, studying mechanical engineering. I come from Hong Kong, and speak native Cantonese, fluent Mandarin and English, and basic German. I am an open-mined, organised and tidy person. I would help the housework, so i would keep the place tidy and clean. I am tall and strong, so I can help with heavy duties. I have no bad habits and don't smoke.

Ich bin neu student im Hochschule Rhein-Waal in Kleve, ich studiere mechanical engineering. Ich komme aus Hong Kong. Ich spreche gebürtig Kantonesisch, gute Mandarin und Englisch, und ein bissen Deutsch. Ich bin offen, organisiert and aufgeräumt. Ich wolle der Hausarbeit hilfen, dass die platz organisiert und reinigen behalten. Ich habe keine schlechte Angewohnheit, ich rauche nicht.
