Big, light room fully furnished.
There are 2 flatmates: one girl and one guy (both study in Hochschule Rhein-Waal).
The landlord is really nice, you can always ask her about anything in the flat.
There is a big garden, where you can do a barbecue or just enjoy the weather.
In the flat there are bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer machine, toilet, kitchen, rooms of flatmates.
Near there is Kaufland supermarket and bakery.
