Ich suche nach einer Nachmietern mit Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnissen, da es sich um eine internationale WG handelt. Es handelt sich um ein großes Zimmer in einer Frauen-WG für Studentinnen.
Es liegt sehr nah an der Einkaufstraße (1 min Laufweg) und einem DM und vielen weiteren Geschäften. Und nur 10-15 min entfernt von der Hochschule Rhein-Waal. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 min Laufweg. Bis zur nächsten klein-Bus-Haltestelle sind es ca. 2-4 min Laufweg. Es gibt einige Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen in der Nähe. Das nächste größere Lebensmittelgeschäft ist der Netto ca. 10 min Laufweg entfernt.
Die Wohnung besteht aus diesem angebotenem Zimmer, einer gemeinsamen Küche, einem gemeinsamen Duschbad, Flur, die 3 Zimmer der Mitbewohnerinnen und ein extra Badezimmer.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbeliert. Eine große schwarz/graue Couch und ein Stuhl ist vorhanden. Zusätzlich kann ein Kleiderschank und Bett nach Bedarf auch übernommen werden.
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 460€, durch die Kaltmiete 330€ und den Nebenkosten 130€. In den Nebenkosten sind Gas, Wasser, Strom und Internet mit drin, sowie die gemeinsame Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller.
Das Zimmer ist zu Anfang Juni verfügbar. Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich.

I'm moving out of the room in May, so I'm looking for a new tenant. It is a large room in a women's shared apartment for students in Kleve.
The room is furnished. It has a wardrobe and bed with slatted frame and mattress. A large black/gray couch and chair are available.
The warm rent is €460, the cold rent is €330 and the additional costs are €130. The additional costs include gas, water, electricity and internet, as well as the shared washing machine and dryer in the basement.
It is very close to the shopping street (1 minute walk) and a DM and many other shops. And only 10-15 minutes away from the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station. It's about a 2-4 minute walk to the next small bus stop. There are some options for shopping nearby. The next larger grocery store is Netto, about 10 minutes' walk away.
The apartment consists of this offered room, a shared kitchen, a shared shower room, hallway, the 3 roommates' rooms and an extra bathroom.
The room is available at the beginning of June. Viewings are possible by appointment.
