The room I offer to you, is room 1 on the 2nd floor. There is also a room (room 2) on the first floor available for 420€.
All rooms are furnished.
You share the 2nd floor with 3 other girls and together with them you will share the bathroom with washing-bassin, shower and toilet. There is also a 2nd toilet. Of course there is also a kitchen with all stuff you need for cooking. The kitchen you will share with the other 3 student girls.
There is also a washing-machine and a dryer in the house which you can use for free.
Zur Zeit kann ich Zimmer 1 im 1. OG anbieten. Alle Zimmer sind möbliert.
Zur WG gehören jeweils noch 3 weitere Mädchen, mit denen man sich Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette und ein weiteres Gäste-WC teilt.
Es sind außerdem eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Haus vorhanden.
The house is situated very near to the university and also to a supermarket. It´s a quiet and safe area.
The house has also a big garden where you can sit in the summer (if you want, also in winter) and chill or learn with friends.
There is also the possibility to store your bike in a shed.
And you can dry your clothes in the garden if you don`t want to use the dryer.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, nicht weit entfernt von Hochschule und Supermarkt.
Der große Garten wird gerne genutzt.
In the house there are students of different nations who are all studying at Hochschule Rhein-Waal. It´s an open and respectful atmosfeer with enough possibilities for privacy or doing together activities. In the summer they like to sit in the garden.
There is a washing-machine and a dryer which you can use, but you can also dry your clothes in the garden.
Internet is organized by each floor, so you share in the costs with the other 3 girls.
Das gesamte Haus wird von Studentinnen und Studenten der Hochschule Kleve bewohnt. Es herrscht eine offene und respektvolle Atmosphäre mit genügend Raum für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und Privatsphäre.
Im Keller stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur allgemeinen Benutzung. Dort und im Garten kann Wäsche getrocknet werden.
Jede Etage organisiert selbst ihren Internetzugang, d.h. eine Person hat den Vertrag und die anderen können sich daran beteiligen.
Because of the increasing energycosts the amount for the additional costs in advance is at the moment higher than before the energycrisis. But once a year we look what the real additional costs are and sometimes you get some money back. It depends on how much is used and the development of the prices.
