WG room with Anmeldung in Kleve, free by March 1º, around 4,5x2,8 m (12m²) - 355 € all included (water, heating, eletricity and internet).
The room is very spacious, furnished, it is on the first floor above the ground and has a balcony with nice view. The house has 2 bathrooms (1 in ground floor and other in first floor), a kitchen, basement with washing machine (where you can also park your bike) and garden.
Furniture costs 130 Euros but it is negotiable. Once bought, it is yours, you can sell everything you want afterwards. Kaution is 650 Euros, after leaving the room you get it all back.
Really good location in nice neighborhood with pretty houses and several shops within walking distance. The house is 20 minutes walking from Hochschule Rhein Waal. You can also take the bus to the university in the bus stop nearby (1 min). Lidl/McDonald's close as well (5 min) so it is really easy to do groceries. The shops Tedi, Aldi, Kik and DM are all located in the same place which you can reach walking 10 minutes, really convenient.
There are 6 people in total living here, one person per room. One in the basement, one in the ground floor, three (where this room is located) on the first floor and two on the second floor. Your housemates are 1 Mexican and 4 Vietnamese, all nice people and non smokers. All men but no problem with any gender, the last one in this room was a girl.
I bought all the furniture, so you can have it for a price. You don't need to buy it all but it is desired. You can sell everything you want in the room after you buy it. Furniture for 130 euros, for a separate price list and list of all furniture provided please send a message.
