All rooms are furnished the same and only have the most necessary things.

Aktuell haben wir ab 01.10.23 nur zwei Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten frei.
Das Doppelzimmer wird an zwei Personen gleichzeitig vermietet. Das heißt du musst von Anfang an einen Zimmerpartner haben.

Wir sind gerade mal 600 m. von der Mosel entfernt.
Sehr ruhige Lage und ein bevorzugtes Wohngebiet.
Güls ist sehr Stadt nah und hat gute Busverbindung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Apotheke und eine Postfiliale sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Willkommen sind unternehmungslustigen Studenten - aus aller Welt.
Die WG ist nur für Studenten gedacht. Die berufstätigen würden eher nicht reinpassen, da sie eine andere Lebens-Rhythmus haben.
Die WG-Bewohner legen sehr viel Wert darauf die WG-Räumlichkeiten sauber zu hallten.
Es gibt einen Reinigungsplan, den jeder gerne einhält.
Es wird nicht Raucher bevorzugt.
Vertrauen und Respekt wir sehr großgeschrieben.
