Das Zimmer liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und ist durch die drei Fenster auch im Winter sehr hell. Das Zimmer liegt zur Nordseite, somit ist es auch im Sommer, trotz der Lage der Wohnung im dritten Stock, angenehm.
Die Möbel die sich derzeit im Zimmer befinden (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sofa, Kleiderschrank)können übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im Koblenzer Stadtteil Rauental. Dar Anschluss an den Öpnv ist sehr gut. Der Bus in Richtung Uni oder Bahnhof fährt viertelstündlich, die Bushaltestelle ist 3 minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Nähe von den meisten Kneipen/Bars. Sonst ist alles sehr schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Dm, Apotheke) befinden sich fußläufig von der Wohnung.
In der Wg wohnen Andre (Lehramt), Josi (Lehramt) und Anna (Psychologie). Alle studieren an der Uni. Alle sind sehr umgänglich und freundlich, das Zusammenleben ist sehr harmonisch.
Im Keller befindet sich eine abschließbares Kellerabteil, falls du Sachen unterstellen möchtest oder ein Fahrrad im Keller abstellen willst.
