I rent my bright 18 m2 room furnished under, as I go abroad for half a year. The room is nicely furnished and partly equipped with: wardrobe, desk, 2 shelves, smart TV 55” and sound bar. The couch and armchair of the photos will not be there. A bed and a desk chair would have to be organised, and we can also support it in advance. It is located in a 70 m2 three-room apartment, which we use as 3er-WG. The period of the intermediate rental is from 01.09.25 to 31.01.26 ideal as a transition or for a temporary project in the city.
Since I want to move after my semester abroad, there is definitely the potential for you to rent the room in the long term.
In our WG you will also rent a naderes room that you can find on my account.
Ich vermiete mein helles, 18 m² großes Zimmer möbliert unter, da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer ist freundlich eingerichtet und teilweise ausgestattet mit: Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch , 2 Regale, Smart TV 55“ und Soundbar. Die Couch und der Sessel von den Fotos werden nicht dabei sein. Ein Bett und ein Schreibtischstühl müssten selbst organisiert werden, bei der beschaffung vorab können wir auch unterstützen. Es befindet sich in einer 70 m² großen Dreizimmerwohnung, die wir als 3er-WG nutzen. Der Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete ist von 01.09.25 bis 31.01.26 ideal als Übergang oder für ein befristetes Projekt in der Stadt.
Da ich nach meinem Auslandssemester umziehen möchte, besteht auf jeden Fall das Potenzial für dich, dass du das Zimmer auch langfristig mieten kannst.
In unserer WG wird auch noch ein naderes zimmer vermietet, dass du auf meinen Account finden kannst.
Our WG is centrally located in the southern city, very close to Schenkendorfplatz. The main railway station is only 5 minutes walk away, as is Lidl and Edeka for daily shopping. In about 10 minutes you will be on the Rhine, where you can relax in the South City Mountains or do sports. Bus and tram stops are also easily accessible – ideal for students or professionals.
Unsere WG liegt zentral in der Südstadt, ganz in der Nähe vom Schenkendorfplatz. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso Lidl und Edeka für den täglichen Einkauf. In ca. 10 Minuten bist du am Rhein, wo du dich in den Südstadt-Rheinanlagen entspannen oder sportlich betätigen kannst. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar – ideal für Studierende oder Berufstätige.
The apartment is a classic three-room apartment where everyone has their own room. During my absence, Elisa (25), teacher student, remains in the WG. The third room is also rented in, so it is not yet clear who is involved. (The display for the other room can be found on my account). So you will live with Elisa and another (still unknown) person. We lead a relaxed, respectful coexistence – everyone has their free space, but we are also happy to have dinners in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung ist eine klassische Dreizimmerwohnung, in der jeder ein eigenes Zimmer hat. Während meiner Abwesenheit bleibt Elisa (25), Lehramtsstudentin, weiterhin in der WG. Das dritte Zimmer wird ebenfalls zwischenvermietet, daher steht noch nicht fest, wer dort einzieht. (Die Anzeige für das andere zimmer findest du auf meinem Account). Du wirst also mit Elisa und einer weiteren (noch unbekannten) Person zusammenwohnen. Wir führen ein entspanntes, respektvolles Miteinander – jeder hat seinen Freiraum, aber wir freuen uns auch über gemeinsame Abende in der Küche.
