Hallo zusammen!
Das freie Zimmer ist 17qm groß und es ist zur Zwischenmiete vom 1.10 bis zum 29.2.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Bett, Schreibtisch und die beiden Schränke bleiben also drin, werden aber natürlich noch leergeräumt :).
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in Köln. Zum Hauptbahnhof und Heumarkt sind es zu Fuß nur ca. 5 Minuten. Von dort aus kommt man mit der 18 und 9 gut zur Uni.
Bis zum Rhein sinds nur 50 Meter und da man sofort in der Innenstadt ist sind zu Fuß alle nötigen Geschäfte gut zu erreichen.
Ich bin Jakob, 20 Jahre alt und studiere Biologie in Köln. Privat spiele ich Basketball, treffe mich mit Freunden und gehe gerne feiern.
Ich wünsche mir keine Zweck-WG und würde mich freuen, wenn man sich auch mal zu zweit zusammen setzen und einfach quatschen, was kochen oder ein Bierchen trinken könnte.
