Hallo,
Wir vermieten hier unsere WG weil wir diese Auflösen. Jan und ich sind beide wegen dem Studium im Ausland und unsere Wohnung geben wir nun auf. Eine Chance auf Übernahme ist auf jeden Fall gegeben. Im Umkreis von der Wohnung ist alles was man so brauch und der Neumarkt bzw. Appelhofplatz ist in der direkten nähe.
Appelhofplatz ist sehr zentral.
Es würde eine neue Wohngemeinschaft zustande kommen. Bewerbt euch gerne auch zu zweit. Wir haben die letzten Tage die Erfahrung gemacht dass wir die Wohnung zeigen und uns dann abgesagt wird weil es erstmal nur eine Zwischenmiete ist. Meldet euch bitte nur wenn das euch auch passt.
Jan nimmt seine Sachen mit aber meine komplette Ausstattung kann erstmal drin bleiben wenn ihr Sachen braucht, genauso wie das Küchengeschirr etc. In das andere Zimmer kriegen wir auf jeden Fall ein Bett rein wenn ihr eins braucht und einen Tisch mit Stuhl :)
