Hello! I am renting this room in Belgisches Viertel from July to August. I'm a bit flexible with the dates...
This is the fourth floor ( the upper one) with very nice views and a rooftop with view to the whole city :-) It is a very cozy room in a 3 people's WG. You will. be sharing the space with Abdo, a 33 year old Film student and Emilio, a 21 year old music composer student.
The apartment has a huge library, a bathtub, lots of paintings and art!
The location is very good, 2 min foot to Moltkestraße, 5 min foot to Rudolfplatz and 10 min to Friesenplatz. Very alive neighbourhood, you will find lots of Cafés, parks and restaurants near by.
The rent is 650 Euro x month.
Kaution 200 Euro
