Da ich ab August für ein halbes Jahr nach Buenos Aires ziehen werde, möchte ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, hat direkten Balkonzugang und ist zum Hinterhof gelegen, es ist also trotz der zentralen Lage überhaupt nicht laut. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, ich werde also eine kleine Kaution als Absicherung verlangen, die bekommst du natürlich wieder wenn alles in Ordnung ist 😋
In der Warmmiete von 610€ sind WLAN, Strom, Wasser und Möbelnutzung schon enthalten :)
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, ca 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn Station Hansaring und 7 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof, man ist also super angebunden. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 15 Minuten zur Uni. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés sind auch in fußläufiger Nähe erreichbar.
Auch meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin wird für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehen und vermietet ihr Zimmer unter. Daher können wir über deine/n Mitbewohner/in noch nicht viel sagen, wir schauen aber natürlich, dass ihr gut zusammenpasst und euch versteht :)
