Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, wobei die Küche sehr groß ist und noch einen Essbereich und ein kleinen Wohnzimmerbereich ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist hell und auf einem modernen Stand.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist nur 3 Minuten von der Bahnstation entfernt. Dort fährt die 1, 9 und die 7 und ab dem Neumarkt (eine Station weiter) fahren viele weitere Bahnen.
Wir sind zu zweit und 20 und 22 Jahre alt und studieren beide an der Universität zu Köln. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir uns zu dritt gut verstehen und auch gerne mal was zusammen unternehmen.
Der Mietpreis ist insgesamt relativ hoch, da wir eine Miete für die Küche bezahlen müssen. Diese ist jedoch in einem super Zustand und enthält eine Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
