Hallo Mädels, ab dem 1.7 wird einen Nachmieterin für mein schönes günstiges Zimmer gesucht. Das Zimmer ist 22 m2 groß und befindet sich in einem schönen Haus mit einem herrlichen Blick. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet eine angenehme Lebensart.

Das Zimmer wird großenteils Mobiliert abgegeben, deswegen gibt es Ablösungpreis.
Matratze, Küche, Sofa, Schreibtisch, kleine Tische, große Kühlschrank, Fernsehtisch, Kleine holz-Schrank, Waschmaschine.

Selber habe ich hier gerne 4 Jahre gewohnt, dadurch dass ich in andere Stadt umziehe, muss ich leider mein liebe Zimmer verlassen.

Hello, we are looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room starting from July 1st. The room is 22 m2 in size and is located in a lovely house with a magnificent view. The location is peaceful and offers a pleasant way of life.

The room has been recently renovated, with a complete upgrade done in October/November 2022. It features a fresh color scheme and a modern kitchen unit.

The room will be mostly furnished, hence there is a price for the furniture. It includes a mattress, kitchen, sofa, desk, small tables, large refrigerator, TV stand, small wooden cabinet, and a washing machine.

I have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years, but unfortunately, I have to leave my beloved room as I am moving to another city.

Das Zimmer hat eine super zentrale Lage. Es liegt zwischen Barbarossaplatz, Züplicherplatz und Neumarkt.
Die Bahne 16&18, 12&15, und 9 sind alle in wenige Minuten erreichbar.
Neumarkt in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, da bekommt man noch der 1&7, 3&4
Uni zu Köln in 10 min.
Köln Hbf in 8 Min mit der Bahn.

Die studentische Straße Züplicherplatz in wenigen Minuten, viele Bars, Cafés, Clubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The room has an incredibly central location. It is situated between Barbarossaplatz, Zülpicherplatz, and Neumarkt. The tram lines 16&18, 12&15, and 9 can all be reached within a few minutes. Neumarkt is an 8-minute walk away, where you can also catch lines 1&7 and 3&4. The University of Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes, and Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf) is just an 8-minute tram ride away.

Du wirst mit Rob (30), Lisa (21) und Agnes (21) wohnen. Trotz der Zweck-WG quatschen wir uns gerne miteinander und unternehmen wir was zusammen, wenn wir die Zeit haben.
