The room is super cozy, quiet and with enough sunlight.
The apartment has 3 rooms in total + Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine + bathroom with bathtub + guest WC.
It is not huge but it is big enough to accomodate my desk, closet, and queen size bed.
The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a well maintained building which was built during the good old times (long hotel style hallways). Basement storage is also available.
In the room I’m leaving the bed, clothes hanger, desk, shelf and mirror.
The location is absolutely incredible. If you have lived in Cologne for long enough, you would appreciate what does it mean to live in an apartment which has a view of the Heumarkt square and you can even see a little bit of the Dom. Your room is on the inner quieter side of the buidling so you will not be hearing the square's usual noise, but at the same time you can still enjoy in the summer evenings the music of the bands playing for the square's restaurants.
You are 1 minute walking away from Heumarkt's U-Bahn station, 15 minutes walking away from Cologne's central station and 30 seconds from the Rhein. For shopping, you are few minutes away from Schildergasse street with all it's shops, markets, restaurants and cafes.
We are three: Omid, Cily and me, Alicia.
We are all employees and working full time. Omid is a machine builder and Cily works as a translator. We speak many languages but comunicate each other in English.
Omid and Cily are both extremely friendly, helpful, chilled and fun to be around. The best thing about this flatshare is that everybody respects each other’s privacy.
The room is available from November 01 (maybe even a couple of days earlier if needed).
Please note that the above mentioned furniture stays in the room. You can of course change it if you want to.
